Recruiting is a $50B industry in the US, all the largest agencies still have incredibly manual processes. Recruiters spend countless hours on administrative work, so they have less time to do what they do best: pitch and close candidates.

We've built a better way. Our advanced ML-powered matching software finds the perfect candidates for a particular role, and our NLP outreach system reaches out to those candidates in a highly personalized way. We're automating the entire recruiting stack, from sourcing to scheduling.

The Role

We're looking for a fantastic communicator to be one of our first remote recruiting coordinators. As an early employee at a fast-growing, you can expect a high level of responsibility, a fast-paced environment, and growth opportunities.

The Responsibilities

  • Reply to inbound candidate responses
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle
  • Use a variety of SaaS tools — Applicant Tracking Systems, email automation, Airtable, and more
  • Improve our processes and contribute to product development
  • Help conduct one-off projects


  • You are available between 8am - 6pm PST on weekdays and can respond to incoming emails promptly.
  • You are an excellent communicator with good email hygiene.
  • You have used one or more of the following: Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), or a support tool (such as Front, Zendesk, or Intercom).
  • Bonus: you’ve been a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant or recruiter before.
