Dover is looking for our first business operations hire. This is a pretty unique role: you will report directly to the CEO and do whatever it takes to scale the business.
We are a small team and growing quickly, so this ranges from building and managing our internal operations, defining and improving the customer experience, improving our sales processes, defining and measuring performance metrics and more.
You will work cross-functionally within the company, deeply understanding all parts of the business and interfacing with everyone on the team. You'll work both strategically and tactically to implement improvements to all parts of Dover's operations.
